As some of you are aware the UvH site was taken offline for a few days in order for me to give the site a MUCH needed update. The site was in need of a new look and i’m now happy to say the site looks much nicer. There’s still a few things that needs to be done however the feel of the site looks great and runs more smoothly.

I also plan on doing more updates on the site, in the way of posts. As the last post apart from the BF3/MW3 post was over a year ago. Now I can’t promise a daily or even a weekly post but if there’s any news whether that’s to do with UvH or just general gaming news such as GTA V you can expect to see it here.

Also please remember that we’re on Twitter so please follow us for updates if you don’t already and to stay updated by registering on our forums which is our most active part of our site.

Battlefields 3 and CoD: MW3

With the release of Battlefields 3 and MW3 not far from being released we would just like you to know that UvH will be spreading out into new worlds and communities. We will be moving to both games once released with a range of members either getting BF3, MW3 or even both!

If you would like to be apart of UvH once we move onto them then by all means, apply and see if you have what it takes to be a Ultra Violent Hooligan! or if you’re still a fan fav of sa-mp and still want to be apart of UvH still feel free to apply as we won’t be moving on from sa-mp until the very end!

Not much of an update but didn’t have time to come up with other stuff but now you know what UvH will be doing in the next couple of months!

Site activity

We have never been the ones to be active when it comes to news posts on the site. So as of Friday 30th that will change, with active news to be posted, screenshots, videos and of course upto date information (member list).

Our last update was on the 10th Jan when it was our 5th anniversary. So look out as weekly updates on here are on their way!

UvH is now 5 years old!

On Tuesday 10th January 2006 a new clan came to life by our leader (UzI) and co-leader (Tdrtnlz) first starting on Rumble then moving onto SA-MP as a beta became public, with many ups and downs UvH stood stronger then ever before. Now 5 years on still as stronger we’re celebrating what is a huge milestone for all of us in UvH with hopefully many, many, many more years to come whether it’s on SA-MP, IV:MP or even V:MP.

We will be there fighting on the streets just like we always have bringing the fight right to our doorstep enjoying ourselves.

Even thought our leader (UzI) isn’t around at the moment, we know he still wants us to kick ass and we hope he’ll be back soon. As for our co-leader Tdrtnlz he’s busy with uni but he still visits us regularly on irc in our channel.

As for all of our members (past and present) if it wasn’t for all of you we wouldn’t be here today celebrating 5 years so a big thanks to all of you.

Forum Unaccessable (From 7pm GMT +1)

With IPS releasing a patch for 3.0.5, I will be updating our forum from 7pm GMT +1. Due to the amount of files IPB has, this might take some time. You should expect the forum to be unaccessable for at least 30 minutes.

Why?

Because the forum recently got converted from phpBB the database can become easily corrupted, so to prevent this the forum will be taken offline. Don’t worry tho, everything will remain intact and you won’t have to request a new password (if already done so from the coversion.. if not you still do.)

We will also be introducting a couple of new features aswell, but more will be revealed afterwards.

If you have any questions please feel free to contact us on IRC – irc.gtanet.com #uvh or click on IRC on the menu at the top which will connect you via our webclient.

If you’re having problems logging into your forum account please click the ‘Forgot Password’ link which can be found on the Sign In page which will fix the login problem. If you still having problems please contact either FateTrip or Hitman and we will be happy to help.

The UvH page & forum got a fresh look!

Please check out the forum which is now using IP.B as software, which comes with many new features and userfriendly improvements.

In the conversion from PHP Nuke all forum accounts, topics and posts were saved. Your login info still remains the same.

If you are having trouble logging in, please retrieve a new password. There has been a trouble concerning some accounts, but retrieving a new password will fix it automatically, so you are able to login again.

If you encounter any bugs or problems with the site, please create a new topic in the forums and say so! Also, if you have a nice idea that we could add to the site, tell us!
